TOP MESSAGE (Message from COO)
I am honored and grateful that Mr. Sato passed the torch to me to become the COO of the company. I joined SET about 20 years ago and have been performing a variety of back-office tasks. I learned a lot about the environmental changes of the company and felt the speeding trend of the times.
Among what I have learned, I feel that “thinking about others” is the foundation for our company. And I think it is important to stick to this especially now because we are facing the abrupt changing environments. This commitment makes us what we are—it is crucial to make our companies unique as the group that creates originality.
It is natural that there are various ways of thinking if there are many people. And this diversity produces individual richness, and moreover nurtures prosperity by being aware of now. We are convinced that this cycle will be the source of our company and it will lead to further growth of the company.
We believe that if we keep on moving forward with the active attitude, not being afraid of making failure, having insatiable spirit to learn much from failure, this will become the driving force to bring about the new suggestions.
While respecting diversity of individuals, based on the know-how that we have acquired so far, we would like to continue to be the company that can approach from all angles.
