We are pleased to inform you that in order to move ahead to the future, we have absorbed our group companies SET SPECS CORP. and WISDOM PARTNERS CORP. With this merger, we now shifted from a pure holding company to a business company.

This merger was to concentrate our management resources and to assemble know-how accumulated in each company to cope with the rapidly changing business environment and first of all, to provide our customers services with new value.

We are not sure what kind of result this merger will bring . . . there may be a possibility to get an unexpected result. However, because we are living in today’s society that allows us to change and challenge by taking in the new winds, we are determined to approach all while respecting the communication that we have acquired as our foundation.
